CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
At departure day you should leave the room at 10 am. We garantee that we will do our best to reduce the waiting time. At the latest your room will be assigned at 1 pm.
For a better organization, it would be convenient for us to know the approximate arrival time. If you advise us that you will arrive in the afternoon, you can have lunch on the day of departure or we can prepare a packed lunch. The hotel has a luggage storage room, a changing room and all services can be used up to the moment of departure.

OPENING HOURS OF THE RESTAURANT
Breakfast: 7.30 – 9.45
Lunch: 12.30 – 13.15
Dinner: 19.30 – 20.15
The previous evening or upon arrival, we will ask you to fill in the menu. We always offer 3 or 4 first courses and 3 or 4 main courses, the dishes will be served by the waiters. Only for salads, cold side dishes, cheeses, bread and pizza, guests can serve themselves at the buffet.

ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCES
We kindly ask you to report any allergies or intolerances at the time of booking and again upon arrival at the hotel.

BEVERAGES AND BEACH SERVICE
We do not offer an all inclusive formula. In the price quotations, we provide all the additional costs so that each customer, depending on his actual preferences, knows what he will spend at the end of the stay.

KIDS
The hotel will provide bathing tubs, bed side-rails and cribs for infants (1.20m with rails on all four sides).  In the restaurant there are high chairs, bottle warmers, colourful plastic plates and glasses, game, books, paper and coloured pencils available for children. The kitchen staff will be happy to carefully follow the parents’ instructions in preparing vegetable consommé, pureed vegetables and baby food. There is a microwave oven in the dining room available for our guests.
From mid-June to the end of August, we work with a children’s entertainment organiser who involves our little guests in fun and games for a couple of hours in the early afternoon and after dinner. The children play board games, do handcrafts, dance and play bingo; there are treasure hunts, guessing games and other activities for their entertainment.

WELNESS CENTER
The use of our wellness center is completely free for hotel guests and is reserved only for adults.The area with the Jacuzzi and the solarium terrace is open from 9 am to 8 pm.Sauna, turkish bath and emotional shower can be used from 4.30 pm to 8 pm. However, we ask customers to request activation at least half an hour before use because, if nobody should use it, we will leave the systems off for contain energy consumption.The wellness center can be booked exclusively from 8.30 pm to 10.30 pm at cost of € 15.00 (whirlpool only) or € 25,00 (whirlpool, sauna and turkish bath).

CAR PARKING
The hotel has his own underground garage which may not be very comfortable if you have very large cars due to the presence of columns. We strongly recommend reservation, especially in high season. The cost is € 7,00 daily.
There is some street parking available, free of charge and with no time limits.
There is also a high rise parking lot located 300m from the hotel: the cost for 1 week is € 30.00.

BIKE
Bikes for children and adults are available free of charge. Some have a front or rear seat. To allow all customers to use them, the keys can only be collected, at the reception, when they are actually used and returned immediately. Reservations are only possible for a fee. 

BEACH TOWELS
You can request a beach towel per person for free at reception. Out of ecological respect, we expect the replacement after 2/3 days. 

WHERE WE ARE
The hotel is located on the seafront, 10 minutes walk from the historic center. From the train station, which is about 1.5 km away, you can reach our hotel in 5 minutes by taxi and the cost is approximately € 10.00. Otherwise you can take the bus N ° 40 and get off at the Trieste-Marconi stop at 100 m. from the hotel. 

ANIMALS
We accept pets used to living in the house, but please don’t let them stay in the common areas. We charge a supplement of € 3.00 per day.  

CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION
To confirm a reservation, we usually need a deposit of € 400,00. You can pay it by bank transfer or we can charge the amount on your credit card. In case you need to cancel the reservation, we give you back the deposit until 21 days before the date of arrival.. In the case of early departure, the cost of 3 days of overnight stay is charged.
